This accessibility statement applies to www.shansits.co.uk.

This website is designed to be usable for everyone. I have included subtext for images and colour ratios that pass against contrast to ensure easy reading. The website is accessible for users who need to use up to 200% zoom and is navigatable via a keyboard.

This website is run by shan.sits. I want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

• change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings

• zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen

• navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software

• listen to most of the website using a screen reader

I have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

• No videos have captions or audio descriptions. You can request a written transcript of any video by emailing info@shansits.co.uk.

• You cannot modify the line height or spacing of text

• You cannot skip to the main content when using a screen reader. There is no ‘skip to main content’ option on our website. This means if you use a screen reader or a keyboard to navigate, you will have to tab through the main menu navigation links on every page before reaching the main content.
